1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the website “ez-Trading” for the purchase of digital products (e.g., trading bots written in Pine Script).
2. Conclusion of Contract
A binding contract is formed when the customer completes the payment process. Upon successful payment, the digital product will be made available via an invite-only TradingView link.
3. Digital Products & Delivery
The products are software-based and delivered exclusively in digital form. No physical shipping is required.
A valid TradingView account (at least Tradingview essential) is required to access the product.
Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours via email or TradingView invitation.
4. License of Use
With the purchase, the customer receives a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in [Euro/USD] and include applicable taxes (if any).
Payment is processed securely via [e.g., PayPal, Stripe].
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days.
However, by confirming immediate access to the digital product, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal according to Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Use of our products is at your own risk. We do not provide financial advice.
We accept no liability for trading losses or damages resulting from the use of our bots.
8. Technical Availability
We strive to ensure high availability of our digital services. However, temporary downtimes (e.g., due to maintenance or third-party outages like TradingView) may occur.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence apply.
